Linucia is a unique villa 4 kms from Albufeira on the sea alongside the famous 5 mile beach of Praia da Gale with paths throughout the garden to different sandy coves. The house, set in extensive grounds, has a couple as cook/housekeeper and gardener who live in a cottage on the property. There is also an extra maid who comes daily. The house is reminiscent of a Roman atrium with a large heated swimming pool in the courtyard. Over the years a great deal of money has been invested and life at Linucia is old style and comfortable. The facilities include a tennis court, billiard room, table tennis, satellite television and video, piano, stereo and central heating. There are some good restaurants along the beach and windsurfing boards may normally be hired. There is a full size billiards table and a boules pitch. The 18 hole Salgados course is within 2kms and a one star Michelin restaurant in 600m.

The accommodation includes one double bedroom, three twin bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and on the first floor two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sitting room is large and the dining room seats twelve comfortably. The outside furniture for eating and sunbathing on the terrace and around the pool is exceptional.
