Houses for groups of up to six that are of a high standard at reasonable rents in valuable premium locations are not easy to find but Floresta fits this specification perfectly. An excellent standard of construction and fittings, which is the norm at Pinheiros Altos, and most attractively furnished and decorated. There is a seven-metre pool, built-in barbecue and dining area, and shared grass leads down to the edge of the golf course. The villa is fully air conditioned with three double bedrooms, all with en suite marble bathrooms.  Very pleasant golf views.

About the area:

Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort is very close to the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and has a very fine and well-known 27-hole golf course, a clubhouse with bar, restaurant and members' lounge, the Pinheiros Altos Golf Academy and Pro Shop.  Around the golf courses are a number of high-value villas.  Pinheiros Altos immediately abuts Quinta do Lago where there are another 3 18-hole courses and is a short drive from Vale do Lobo.  Beaches are a few minutes drive.

Accommodation is fully air conditioned and includes

• Entrance hall
• Comfortably furnished, light and airy living room with double height ceiling, seating for 6, satellite TV and stereo, leading out to the pool terrace.
• Separate TV room with Sony flat screen TV, satellite and DVD, writing bureau.
  
• The open plan dining area has seating for 6.
• Fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, microwave and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in separate utility room.
• Three bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 twin bedded room) and en suite bathrooms.  On the first floor are two bedrooms with bathrooms and on the ground floor is the third with its own shower room. 
  

Outside are two terraces, one with umbrellas and one with electric awning for shade, dining table for 6 and loungers for 4.  There is a built-in gas barbecue.  Views are over the golf course and shared grass leads down from the pool to the edge of the fairway.
