This is an exceptionally large house in a very scenic spot in Pinhal Velho, surrounded by pines and overlooking the famous Millennium golf course.  Sleeping up to 18 people, it offers very good furnishings and equipment with air conditioning, large pool, gym and Sky TV.  It is available either with 5 bedrooms or with 9 bedrooms.

Accommodation on the ground floor includes very large living room with seating for nine, large plasma TV with cable and high ceiling with beams, and attractive stone floor.  French windows lead to the pool terrace.  The dining area has a table for ten people is open plan to the living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with large French oven, 2 gas rings, griddle and grill. 

There are 9 bedrooms altogether: 5 doubles with bathrooms en suite on the ground floor, and 2 doubles and 2 twins on the lower ground level.  All bedrooms have attractive wooden floors.

• King size double master suite with sliding doors to the pool terrace, dressing area and big bathroom with black stone, shower and big bath tub. 
• Double with bedside tables, dressing area, bathroom with bath tub and shower over.
• Orange room with double bed with dressing area, bathroom with bath tub and shower.
• The white room with big bed, sliding doors to the side of the house, en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower
• Off the dining room is another bedroom with double bed suitable for some wheelchair users.

On the lower ground level are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which share a bathroom with double walk in shower and two sinks. 

• A queensize double with wooden floor and indirect light. 
• A twin with low-level beds and air con. 
• A queensize double with a window.
• The fourth bedroom on this level is slightly less good than the others, but has its own bathroom.

On the lower ground floor is also a games room with pool table, bar, card tables and home cinema equipment and Sky TV.  The gym has running machine, cycling machine and weights and there is a steam room for 4 people.

Outside, the garden leads straight onto the golf course.  There are covered terraces and extensive lawns with pine trees.  The pool is L-shaped and heated with an infinity edge from which to enjoy the views of the golf course.  It is 11m x 6m approx with steps.
