Set in over an acre of lawned gardens, this is a very attractive and comfortable villa with excellent furnishings, wireless internet access, pool heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and chlorine-free pool.  The location is just 3km from the famous Penina Golf course with the beach at Alvor 6km away.  The pool is fenced and gated for safety and the garden is surrounded by walls and hedges.

Accommodation:

On the ground floor are two very comfortable living rooms: on the garden side is a bright living room with soft seating for 8, a log burning stove and views of the garden.   A couple of steps accross the hall lead down to a second lounge with sofas, satellite TV and traditional Portuguese bricked ceiling, with windows looking out to the garden.  The kitchen is very well-equipped with 7 hobs, 2 large fridge/freezers and a small breakfast table.  The dining area has a table for 10 and doors lead out to the terrace which has remote control electric awnings and plenty of comfortable seating. 

There are four bedrooms:

• The master suite on the first floor has a kingsize bed and small private balcony with views over the garden and a distant sea view, wall-mounted TV and large bathroom, with sunken bath and underfloor heating. ­
• Bedroom two on the gr­ound floor has two single beds and views of the garden.  It can also be configured as a double room.   The en suite bathroom has bath with shower attachment and underfloor heating.  
• Bedroom three, also on the ground floor, has a double bed leading out to the terrace and garden, and has a seating area with TV and en suite shower room.
  
• Bedroom four (ground floor) does not have air conditioning but is North facing and has twin beds. It has en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over.

­Outdoors are terraces with comfortable furniture and electric awnings at ground floor level, so that you can regulate shade. The pool is chlorine-free with automatically-controlled pH.  It is heated to 26 degrees by heat-pump and can be heated to 28 degrees as an optional extra - probably unnecessary in the summer months. The garden is very large with extensive lawns and planted with some feature palm trees, other trees, shrubs and flowers.
