A large villa in totally private grounds of an acre with its own tennis court, an excellent housekeeper, and a large pool which can be heated. You can walk to the beach at Carvalo in about 7 minutes, or drive to Benagil in about 5 minutes. The village centre of Carvoeiro is the same distance with a choice of shops and restaurants. The whole property is furnished and maintained to a high standard. Not more than four children are allowed. Satellite TV and VCR. Barbecue dining area. Children's pool.
The accommodation includes entrance hall, large living/dining bar area leading to well equipped kitchen and laundry area. Terrace running length of villa has a further dining area. On the ground floor are double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a further double bedroom and children's room (with two beds that can be made into four), which has its own shower room. Additional bathroom and cloakroom. First floor has master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a single bedroom. The separate guest suite has twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a sitting area which can have a child's bed.
