Sleeps up to 14

Le Camelie consists of two separate houses together sleeping up to 14, but groups of 8 or less may choose to use only one house, in which case the other is not used and the cost is less.  The villas occupy 15 hectares of private land in a beautiful hilltop location near the village of San Venanzo, about 30km from Orvieto and 50km from Perugia.  Views are panoramic and go on for miles. Cooking by special arrangement.

Accommodation

Accommodation is in two separate adjacent houses.

Villa 1

• Sitting room with satellite TV, DVD and fireplace, open plan to dining room.
  
• Fully-equipped Kitchen with range cooker, leading to dining terrace
• One bedroom on the ground floor with en suite shower room and French window to pool terrace
• Two bedrooms on the first floor with good country views, armchairs and TVs and en suite bathrooms.
• Covered dining terrace with built in barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven.
  

Villa 2

• Sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV leading to pool terrace with views of the countryside.
• Fully equipped kitchen with range cooker.
• A small writing room
• On the first floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring sunken jacuzzi bath.
• Twin bedroom with country views and its own bathroom
  
• Two bedrooms each with double bed and en suite shower room and country view.

The houses share the fenced pool terrace which has a small seating area with large moveable shade.  The pool is 14m x 7m approx. Established garden with lawns.
