Casale del Principe is a beautifully restored and perfectly located traditional stone villa. It lies between the towns of Perugia and Todi, a few kilometres from Todi and half an hour from Perugia in a panoramic position that offers fine views across the endlessly picturesque Umbrian landscape. The restoration has been painstaking and the result mixes the best of traditional rustic Umbrian style with comfortable furnishings and very good equipment throughout. The attractive dining terrace/pergola leads through a pretty garden to the pool (10m x 5m approximately with Roman steps).
