With spectacular views to St Tropez across the Gulf this villa enjoys total privacy in lovely gardens with barbecue and boules park. Some help from concierge (separate accommodation). The 18 hole golf course at Beauvallon is 5 minutes drive. Ste Maxime is only 4 kms. Astra TV.

Accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom, beautiful salon leading to covered terrace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. West wing has twin bedroom, kitchenette, single bedroom and bathroom. In the east wing is the master double bedroom with bathroom, which interconnects to the third bedroom suite of twin with shower bathroom and a double (up steps) on mezzanine above. Salon and all bedrooms are air conditioned.
