In beautifully maintained gardens with a view down a wooded valley to the sea at Cagnes Courmettes is a large comfortable country house. The pool house has a dining area and barbecue. Boules court.

The accommodation includes entrance, cloakroom, living area leading to wistaria covered dining terrace, open plan kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is master double bedroom with terrace and en suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The guest wing abuts the housekeeper's cottage and has has two double bedrooms, one with bathroom, the other with shower bathroom en suite, leading to a separate terrace.
