It stands in over 2 acres of grounds looking South towards Frejus and San Rafael over stupendously beautiful Var countryside. To the East is Lake St Cassien, a freshwater lake with beaches, boats and good entertainment for children. There is wonderful walking and cycling in the countryside. The nearest town is Fayence, an important small town with large supermarkets and a colourful history as a medieval fortified hilltop town. Construction, furnishing and decoration are to the very highest standard and the architecture makes the most of the location with very good views from most parts of the house. The rent includes a maid twice weekly.
