A modern and well-equipped house on a hillside within easy walking distance of the lovely village of Le Bar-sur-Loup where there is a choice of restaurants and a bakery. Views are dramatic and beautiful up to the spectacular Loup Gorge and surrounding countryside. Interior design is stylish and modern with good electronic equipment. Terraces are attractive and perfect for lazy days, evening drinks and eating out under the stars. Because of steep steps leading to the pool area, unsuitable for children under 8 years old.
Accommodation is on two levels. On the entrance level the hall leads to the living room which is equipped with built-in fireplace, large flat-screen TV with 2 DVD players and satellite tv. There is indoor and outdoor dining with views of the surrounding hills and the Loup Gorge. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and is modern and well-equipped. On the entrance level are three double bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom, the other two rooms sharing a superior showerroom. Downstairs on the garden level is the fourth double bedroom, with its own showerroom, leading out to a small lawn and steps down to the pool terrace.
The pool is 11m x 5.5m with a cover and has a new poolside summer kitchen (not shown in main photo above) with gas barbecue, dishwasher, food and drinks fridges, a sink, kitchen units and dining furniture. There is a large netted trampoline near the pool.
