On the east side of Cap d'Antibes midway between the Sallis and Garoupe beaches, with good sea views (400m). The villa is well appointed and kept in excellent order with very good furniture in light colours and cool marble floors. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a broadband connection, satellite TV and VCR. The pool can be heated and main gates are electronic. Restaurants of all standards are within walking distance or a short drive: the market in Old Antibes is a pleasant half-hour walk and beaches are about 15 minutes.
The accommodation includes at entrance level a large living/dining area with fireplace, satellite tv (Sky) and stereo. There is a study and a twin bedroom with wetroom (with shower) en suite. From the living room a few steps lead down to the modern and fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast area. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, all with en their own bathrooms and sea views: two bedrooms have double beds and a third room can be configured as a double or a twin. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The upper terrace has a a large and substantial dining table with superior gas barbecue. The covered pergola provides further dining space and a few steps lead down to the pool terrace with heated pool. Key or combination operated safe.
