Villa La Carolina is an attractive and charming family home with a lovely garden in a quiet road very close to the beautiful village of St Paul de Vence. Views are panoramic, nearly 180 degrees, from Tourettes sur Loup and the mountains to the North right down to Baie des Anges and the sea to the South. The garden has a flat lawn (unusual in this part of the world) and there is a large covered dining terrace with built-in barbecue and pizza oven. Interior furnishings are cool and comfortable and it is very suitable for children. There are lots of restaurants within a short drive and a few within walking distance.  Access may be difficult for some very wide vehicles.

Accommodation

Entrance is from a steep drive with electric gate and garage, up steps to the garden and the front door. The comfortable living room has a fireplace, TV with Sky and stereo and leads out to a large dining terrace that runs along the length of the house and has a built in barbecue and large dining table.

There are 4 bedrooms: three are doubles and one can be either twin or double. All are air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms and walk-in cupboards. Outdoor areas consist of lawned garden with large pool, three upper terraces and table tennis table.
