A couple of kilmetres from Opio and 5km from Valbonne, which both offer good village shopping and a choice of supermarkets, this is a substantial and very attractive modern house in 5000 m2 (one and a quarter acres) with a heated pool and all-weather tennis court. It is expensively furnished and in perfect order and the rents include maid service one morning per week (more at extra cost). All bedrooms have air conditioning. Equipment is good with 2 large flat-screen televisions, Sky TV and DVD, wireless internet and zoned Bose music system. There are eight bedrooms, but party size is limited to 12. A non-smoking house.
Furnishings are of high quality making use of solid polished wood pieces, polished parquet flooring on the ground floor and carpeting on the upper and lower levels.
The accommodation is on three floors. On the ground floor is a modern kitchen in Provencal style with excellent equipment, three fridges and breakfast table for 4. The living/dining room is large with high beamed ceiling and office mezzanine above. There is a flat wall-mounted tv with Sky, DVD and CD player. The formal dining area is comfortably furnished to seat 10 with views of the pool and garden.
The sleeping accommodation for a limit of 12 persons is air conditioned.
Ground floor: three double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. The master suite has flat TV, a large corner bath and shower with side jets, chaise longue and armchairs and leads out onto the pool terrace. All bedrooms have polished wooden furniture.
First floor: two double bedrooms share a bathroom and both lead onto the upper sun terrace with electronic awning for shade.
Lower level: three double bedrooms: not much natural light but well furnished with en suite showerrooms.
Arrangements outside are comprehensively comfortable: pool (9m x 6m approx, heatable at extra cost), hard tennis court with basketball hoop, extensive gardens with very large and well kept lawn, gas barbecue and comfortable poolside furnishings for 10 both by the entrance to the dining room and around the barbecue area. Electric awnings operate by remote control to regulate shade.
