Next to the famous Riviera Golf at Mandelieu La Napoule, this well-furnished villa has a very comfortable and relaxing pool area with decking and nice views of the Esterel Hills and the golf course. The sea is only 4km away and restaurants are all around. Cannes is about 10km. Interiors are comfortable and furniture very good. There are some steep drops outside so it is not suitable for children under 12 years.
Accommodation
The living room has flat-screen TV with satellite (Sky HD with Sports) and seating for 8-10 with a fireplace and views over the pool to the golf course. Sliding doors lead out to the upper decking area above the pool. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open plan.
The kitchen is brand new and state of the art with large fridge freezer with ice dispenser and all equipment.
There are four bedrooms on two levels: on the upper level are a double with en suite bathroom (bath, shower and showerscreen above bath) and door leading to upper terrace. The twin room has its own shower cubicle. On the lower level are two further doubles. The master bedroom has a white 4-poster bed and a separate dresing area and an en suite showerroom with walk in shower. A French window leads to the pool terrace and barbecue area. The fourth bedroom has double bed, en suite bathroom and also accesses the balcony. All linen is provided and of the very highest quality, from the White Company.
Outside are three levels of decking, the upper level with formal seating. The middle level has large built in Moroccan style relaxing area and steps lead down to the pool (which is 10m x 5m approx). There is a covered outdoor kitchen with sink, built in large gas barbeque, gas hob and dining table for 10. There is also access at this level to a cave area with large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are several other terraces and seating areas all offering complete privacy.
The main access to the property is through automatic wooden gates at the lower level where there is undercover parking for two cars and a large paved parking area for several other cars. Also at this level is a large lawned area suitable for ball games with a table tennis table. There is additional access through double wooden gates at the upper level. All garden areas are well landscaped with many specimen sub tropical plants.
