A very attractive family house with fine views across country and down to the coast and sea, it is on the outskirts of and due South East from Grasse. Furniture and decoration are both attractive and it is well equipped. The gardens are especially attractive with lawns and flowering shrubs, and the layout makes the most of the setting: there is open and covered terracing within range of the infinity pool from which you can enjoy the fine views.
Accommodation is on two floors. The living room and dining area are open plan and on the first floor level with French windows leading out to a sun terrace with table and chairs and an umbrella. Satellite TV (Canal + with some English channels) on a large flat-screen TV. Large well-equipped and attractive family kitchen with big table, tiled in Provencal style leading out to a large wooden dining table at the side of the house.
On this floor are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has twin beds that can be a double and its own very good bathroom with bath, shower and two basins. French windows give onto the private terrace and garden. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
On the pool level is the entrance hall leading to a kitchenette that serves the pool terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) with cupboards on both sides and a shower room adjacent.
There are covered and open terraces at the front of the house (on upper and lower level) and to the side. The pool is 7m x 5m approx with an infinity edge, Roman steps and a tiled mosaic feature.
