This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area below Eze Village, Southeast France – (Cote d'Azur) one of the most beautiful locations on the French Riviera, between Nice and Monte Carlo. The villa is situated just above the sea, facing south with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean and surrounding costal cliffs, with only a three-minute walk to the beach. It was originally built in 1955 and recently completely renovated and offers accommodation of a very high standard on one storey with infinity pool from which to enjoy the sea views. It is very well furnished with Provencal influence in tiled floors and exposed beam ceilings. Gardens are large at 1200m2, planted with tropical vegetation, orange and pine trees.
Accommodation is one storey. All rooms are air conditioned.
- Living room (60m2) with fireplace and piano, leading out to the dining terrace and pool terrace.
- Spacious dining area in Provençal style, also with sea views, has a wood and wrought iron table seating ten.
- The fully equipped open kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, range, oven, freezer and refrigerator.
- Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom. All the bedrooms are spacious and pleasingly furnished with new, comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size, one other king size bed in one guest room and a queen size in the other guest room. Additional bed and baby bed can be provided upon request
Outside, the south-facing terraces overlook the garden with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. They are furnished with patio furniture, wrought iron dining table, a barbecue and lounge chairs for relaxing and dining alfresco. There is a newly added infinity pool overlooking the sea. The property is fenced and very private. The exclusive garage is attached to the house and has an automatic door. Three more cars may be parked outside on a private street. There is also a security camera and microphone at the gate. The beach is a three-minute walk straight down.
