Villas in Jamaica

Our holiday villas in Jamaica are in the elegant and peaceful port of Ocho Rios or, for those wanting more action, in Montego Bay, where we offer delightful villas within 30 minutes of the city centre.

For sightseeing take the Prospect Plantation tour or visit Dunn's River Falls. The town offers fine hotels, restaurants and night life. Beach parties, horse riding, golf, tennis and watersports are all available. Villa holidays in Jamaica are totally different from anything in Europe.

Our holiday villas in Jamaica have very competent management and excellent service. All the villas have pools, some have tennis courts and all are fully staffed with a minimum of maid, cook and gardener. Gardens are luxuriously tropical and beautifully maintained. Villas are air-conditioned or have ceiling fans. You are driven from the airport on your arrival. Driving is on the left.

Ocho Rios

Ocho Rios is a pretty resort town with excellent shopping and a number of famous waterfalls and beaches and interesting colonial buildings. Palmer and Parker provides a choice of holiday villas on the beach or on the hillside with beautiful views over the town and harbour.

Montego Bay

Montego Bay is Jamaica's colourful second city and offers miles of very good beaches, diving, game fishing, vibrant nightlife and a number of interesting excursions. Our villas are a little way from the city in a 10 mile span to the west. Drive to Tryall for golf or an evening meal, or to Negril and see the famous sunset. Within easy driving distance of our villas are beaches where boat-hire, deep-sea fishing and snorkelling are available. In the city are restaurants, a unique night life and a huge choice of shopping.

When to go

The high season for villas in the Caribbean runs from mid-December through mid-April, and you should book well in advance. The dry season extends from January to April, with a rainy season from May to August. Hurricane season is from early June until late November.
