Situated adjacent to the polo field in just over an acre of mature garden with views of the Caribbean, this lovely house is only a short drive away from the Sandy Lane Hotel and Beach Club and the Sandy Lane golf course. The house is built around the attractive pool courtyard.

The accommodation includes large, comfortable living area with picture windows framing the splendid view and giving a cooling breeze, two large dining rooms, each seating twelve, one for outdoor eating in a pillared gazebo, large modern kitchen and pantry, small TV room, air-conditioned study. At ground floor level are four air-conditioned bedrooms all with en suite marble bathrooms (one with king size bed and three have twin beds).On the first floor is the air-conditioned master bedroom with en suite marble bathroom, dressing room, separate shower and secluded balcony.
