In lovely landscaped, fenced gardens of more than an acre, on a ridge between third and fifth fairway of Sandy Lane Golf Course and 2 mins drive from the Sandy Lane Hotel and owners tennis courts. Own cabana on the Sandy Lane Owners beach. Full staff of house manager, cook, maid, laundress and gardener.

Accommodation includes large living area with verandah, dining room, usual domestic offices, pool house and shower. Master bedroom has king size bed with dressing area and marble en-suite bathroom. A further two twin bedded rooms (which can be made up as kings) with bathroom en-suite. The Fourth bedroom in detached cottage has en-suite shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
